Qatari man circumambulates Kaaba on hands

Ghanim Al-Muftah, a Qatari man without legs, circumambulated the Kaaba on his hands with assistance from the security officers protecting the sacred area. The Kaaba, the most sacred site in Islam, is a building at the center of Islam's most sacred mosque, Al-Masjid al-Haram, in Mecca, al-Hejaz, Saudi Arabia.
