A bus, carrying passengers from Istanbul to Saraydüzü town in Sinop province of northern Turkey, reportedly tumbled down a cliff on Tuesday, because of the heavy snowfall and icy road conditions. The icy road led the driver to lose steering control, causing the accident. According to initial findings, five people died and 25 others were wounded among those who were travelling by a bus.
