Bind Syrian girl learns to recite holy Quran with distance learning in Turkey

Ten-year-old Syrian Esmanur Esen, who was born blind, learned to recite the holy Islamic book, the Quran, in just six short months with distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in Turkey's eastern province of Gaziantep. Esen said that she wants to become a hafiz next, a term used for Muslims who have memorized the entire holy book.
