Three PKK terrorists including two women were "neutralized" in Turkey's southeastern Siirt province, according to a security source.Turkish authorities often use the word "neutralized" in their statements to imply that the terrorists in question either surrendered or were killed or captured. The source who spoke on condition of anonymity said gendarmerie forces had spotted PKK terrorists in the Baykan district's Siirt province, prompting an air-supported operation that "neutralized" the PKK terrorists. The operations are still ongoing, the statement added. In its more than 30-year terror campaign against Turkey, the PKK -- listed as a terrorist organization by Turkey, the U.S. and the EU -- has been responsible for the death of some 40,000 people, including women and children. The U.S has supplied the PYD terror organization and its armed wing, the YPG, with more than 5,000 truckloads of weapons to allegedly use in the fight against Daesh, despite Ankara’s warnings that the fact they are the Syrian offshoots of the PKK, which both countries, and the EU, have listed as a terror organization.
