Turkish firefighters rescue 15-year-old boy barely holding on in irrigation canal

15-year-old Civan H. found himself in a bit of a pickle when he slipped and fell into an irrigation canal in Turkey’s southern Şanlıurfa province. Fortunately, citizens nearby notified the fire brigade and they got him out of the water before he was taken to hospital for treatment.
