The world turns its eyes toward Rabaa Square

It's been exactly four years since the Rabaa massacre. After Mohamed Morsi, who took office in Egypt after being elected as president on July 3, 2013, was removed from his position with a military coup; the people protesting the coup were slaughtered at Rabaa al-Adawiya Square. Thousands of peaceful protesters experienced the massacres at Rabaa al-Adawiya and al-Nahda, and in a mere ten hours 500 civilians were slaughtered, 10,000 more were injured and 21,000 people were arrested.
