After a Syrian family refused to pay the exorbitant rent hike an Istanbul landlord implemented, the deranged man broke their door with an ax in a fit of rage. Now, with the help of the Bayrampaşa Municipality, the family has found somewhere new to live as a municipality transport vehicle helped them move their furniture to their new place.
