Russia continues shelling residential areas, killing one civilian

At least one civilian was killed and 11 others injured as Russian forces continued attacking residential areas in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv on Friday, March 18. In the attack, a six-story of higher educational institution building was severely destroyed, according to Ukrainian sources.
