New Jersey lifts indoor mask mandate for fully vaccinated
10:43 June 01, 2021 AA
New Jersey's indoor masking mandate that has been in effect for more than a year since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic was lifted for people who are fully-vaccinated on Saturday. Outdoor mask mandate was lifted for vaccinated people in the state last week. However, many exceptions remain for venues including health care settings, correctional facilities, homeless shelters, public transit and at transportation hubs like train stations and airports. Face masks must also still be worn in "public-facing state offices" like Motor Vehicle Commission offices.
