Locals in Rostov region vote in referendum on joining Russia

Locals in the southern Rostov region started to vote in a referendum on joining Russia on Saturday. After polls opened on Friday, voting will run till Tuesday in Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia provinces, with people asked to decide if they want these regions to become part of Russia.
