German reporter sacked after smearing mud on herself ahead of flood report

A 39-year-old German television reporter, Susanna Ohlen, was fired after footage emerged of her smearing mud on herself to reportedly claim that she had assisted with the clean-up efforts in Bad Munstereifel following heavy flooding that claimed dozens of lives in Germany.
