Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev couldn’t hold back his tears while talking of his visit to the territories of Karabakh, which was liberated after 28 years of Armenian occupation after a 44-day conflict that began on Sept. 27, 2020. “They suffered so much. But that stood tall. This is Azerbaijan; this is what it stands for,” said the Azerbaijani leader.
