Astronomical tide hits China's Guangzhou

Footage shows the astronomical tide and torrential rains hitting Guangzhou on Wednesday in the Guangdong Province of China. The water level of the Zhujiang River in Guangzhou has exceeded the early warning system level due to the tide and rains, flooding coastal areas and roads.
