American officers violently arrest 73-year-old woman with dementia

Horrific footage that was taken in June in the U.S. state of Colorado shows police officers virtually tormenting 73-year-old Karen Garner, who suffers from dementia, for allegedly shoplifting from a Walmart. Her family has launched a lawsuit against the officers in question after they allegedly broke her humerus, dislocated her shoulder and sprained her wrist.
