After Joker stunt, 69-yo arsonist starts fire on bullet train in Japan

As Japan is still reeling from the events at Halloween, where a man tried to kill people on a train whilst dressed in a Joker costume, there has been another attack on public transport in the city of Kumamoto. 69-year-old Kiyoshi Miyake was arrested on the spot on Monday morning after he started a fire on a bullet train around 8:40 a.m., according to JR Kyushu.
