Former President of the Kurdish Regional Government (KRG), Masoud Barzani and Erbil Governor Nawzad Hadi attended the opening of the 13th annual Erbil Internationl Book Fair on Wednesday in Erbil, the capital of northern Iraq's Kurdish region.
