What is Turkey’s new presidential system all about?

Turkey will shift to a presidential system with the June 24 elections. The number of ministries will be cut from 26 down to 16 and the decision-making process will be sped up. Aside from the ministries, nine councils will be formed that report to the president in social and health areas as well as foreign policy.
