Waterspouts form in the wake of Tropical Storm Ewiniar as it weakens in China

A waterspout formed off the coast of Hong Kong on Thursday evening. Hong Kong Observatory reduced its typhoon signal to level 1 on Friday (June 8) from level 3, as Tropical Storm Ewiniar moves away from the city. The storm is expected to continue weakening as it moves towards Guangdong, in Southern China.
