Venezuelan authorities publish footage of Guaido's secret meeting with senior officials

Venezuelan Minister of Communication and Information Jorge Rodriguez on Friday published a surveillance video clip that unveils a secret meeting of Guaido with socialist party leaders on the eve of protests where he declared himself interim president. The meeting took place in a Caracas hotel on Jan. 22, according to reports. The leader of United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) Diosdado Cabello was at the meeting. . On Wednesday Guaido declared himself acting president.
