UN rewards Assad’s massacres with $40m

The United Nations has rewarded the Syrian regime of Bashar al-Assad, who is responsible for slaughtering his own people and turning Syria into a wasteland. The UN transferred $40 million to an association established by Assad's wife, Asma.
