The Ukrainian Navy is on high alert as the tension between Ukraine and Russia is escalating. The tension began when Russia seized three Ukrainian navy vessels and 24 crew members on Nov. 25. The Ukrainian Navy said that it had informed Russia in advance of the passage. But Russia said it had received no such report and the Ukrainian ships ignored repeated warnings by the Russian border guards.
