Turkish miners welcome Islam’s holy month of fasting underground

Turkish miners in the province of Zonguldak welcomed the first day of the holy month of Ramadan in a coal mine tens of meters below the ground. Footage shows the men gathering around to eat a humble meal in the early morning, known as Sahoor.
