Mayhem erupted in Turkey's Istanbul when police officers tried to intervene with a black hawker who was selling watches and belts on the curb. Citizens who felt sorry for the poor hawker urged the police to set him free, however the incident soon grew out of hand when citizens broke a stool on one of the officer's heads.
