This is a genocide: President Erdoğan on Rohingya Muslims

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan during the International Ombudsman conference criticized the world turning a blind eye to the Rohingya crisis in Myanmar's Rakhine. He stated that Myanmar's attacks were clearly “a genocide." As of Aug. 25, approximately 440,000 Rohingya are fleeing Rakhine State to Bangladesh where they are in dire need of humanitarian support.
