Thailand's tourist islands hit by devastating tropical storm

Thailand's first tropical storm in three decades disrupted power networks, flooding popular tourist islands on Saturday. Footage shows flooding in Koh Samui and Koh Tao, both islands situated east of Surat Thani, after torrential rain hit the areas.
