'We are going to aggressively prosecute it both as capital murder but also as a hate crime, which is exactly what it appears to be,' Texas Governor Greg Abbott told reporters, adding, 'I don't want to get ahead of the evidence.' At least 20 people were killed in a shooting at a shopping mall in El Paso, in the U.S. state of Texas.
