Symphonic demonstration captures the spirit of protests in Colombia

Almost 300 musicians from various music academies and orchestras gather for 'cacerolazo sinfónico', a symphonic demonstration, at Hippies Park in Bogota, Colombia on November 27 2019. With a national strike students and union workers gathered for a seventh day of massive anti-government protest against the economic and labor policies of President Ivan Duque. A seventh day of protests ended Tuesday in Colombia after a national strike Nov. 21. Thousands gathered to protest government policies affecting taxes on the rich, retirement pension rights and not fighting corruption.
