Storm Eleanor shuts Eiffel Tower

High winds forced the closure of the Eiffel Tower in Paris on Wednesday as Storm Eleanor battered northern France, leaving 200,000 homes without electricity. Flights were delayed from Charles de Gaulle airport, north of the capital, and in one road scaffolding collapsed on parked cars.
