Retaining wall collapses due to heavy rain, damaging 20 vehicles in Turkey

A retaining wall between two apartment complexes collapsed due to heavy rain in Turkey's western Izmir province, damaging over 20 vehicles. Police teams and firefighters pulled the vehicles from under the debris with the help of a tow truck.
