Rainstorms flooded parts of east China's Jiangxi and Fujian provinces on Friday and Saturday, forcing the evacuation of more than 3,000 people and seriously affecting local traffic. In Fengcheng City, Jiangxi, the flooding left many residential neighborhoods under almost waist-deep water, prompting rescuers to go door to door to evacuated trapped residents.
