Police seize tons of smuggled ethanol in southern Turkey

Turkish police on Wednesday seized more than three tons of smuggled ethanol, a key ingredient used to make alcoholic beverages, officials said. Hundreds of containers and 90 liters of liquid, that presumably was to be used to make moonshine, was also seized in the southern province of Adana.
