PKK terror organization attacks citizens in Raqqa

The Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK)/ Democratic Union Party (PYD) opened fire at civilians returning to their homes in Syria's Raqqa. The terrorist organization wounded 12 civilians, whom they didn't allow to return home in order to loot their settlements.
