PKK-linked HPG claims responsibility for killing village grocer

Mevlüt Bengi, a village grocer in eastern Turkey was found dead on June 26, tied from his hands to a utility pole after he had been shot in the head. The PKK-linked HPG has claimed responsibility for the killing.
