Multinational military exercise kicks off in Georgia

The Noble Partner 2018 multinational military exercises commenced at the Vaziani military base in Tbilisi, Georgia on Wednesday. Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili, Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze and Defense Minister Levan Izoria addressed the official opening of the military exercise, which is being held for the fourth time in Georgia. More than 3,000 service members from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Estonia, France, Germany, Georgia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Kingdom and the United States are participating in the joint military exercise which will last until August 15.
