Man lives with tumor larger than his head

A 37-year-old man in Surin, Thailand, has lived with a painful growth on his head for 35 years. The growth, now twice as large as his skull, started when he was only two years old. Sutat Meesati is now due to undergo treatment and surgery to remove the growth, courtesy of a group of good samaritans that includes a prominent Thai actor, Bin Bunluerit. Sutat has been unable to get medical help because he is poor and cannot afford the expensive specialized treatment his condition requires. In addition, he reportedly does not have documentation to enable him claim government assistance.
