People prayed for Erdoğan and Jerusalem at a demonstration for Palestine in Jordanian capital Amman. President Trump on Dec. 6 formally recognized Jerusalem as Israel's capital and initiated a plan to move the U.S.'s Israel embassy from Tel Aviv to the holy city, which was followed with initiatives by the Turkish president to declare East Jerusalem as Palestine's capital. Demonstrators shouted out slogans saying, “Erdoğan! We salute you from Amman!"
