Japanese PM arrives in Russia to hold talks with Putin ahead of economic forum

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on Wednesday arrived in Vladivostok, where he plans to hold talks on a postwar peace treaty with Russian President Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the Eastern Economic Forum.
