A giant animatronic T-Rex made for an unusual spectacle at the Royal Gorge Dinosaur Park as it burst into flames on Thursday. The Park described the incident as "isolated and unexpected" and said they "are planning to have a replacement T-Rex before summer." The flames were triggered by an electrical failure. Nobody was hurt as the staff worked to handle the incident safely and quickly.
