Greek State Channel EPT announced that a Greek warship thwarted Turkey's Oruç Reis seismic research vessel on the grounds that it 'violated Greek's continental shelf.' EPT claimed that it 'chased Oruç Reis away' from the region. When the originals of the photos emerged however, it turned out that the images had been doctored.
