Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan gave orders to start the treatment of 3-year-old Syrian Sara who has a hearing disability, after learning about her 10-year-old sister Fatma, who become a social media sensation after she expressed her joy on hearing for the first time thanks to behind-the-ear hearing aids.
