Disabled painter does portrait of Erdoğan in Turkey

33-year-old Turk Vedat Kiyat, who is living with a physical disability, made charcoal portraits of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, whom he greatly admires, by placing a pencil between the two fingers in his elbows in the country's eastern Van province.
