A Turkish girl, who could not use the right side of her body due to the damage to her brain, began to talk and to use her right arm thanks to the electrode placed in her brain. Gulnur Deveci, 24-year-old, who was seriously injured after being hit by a car 6 years ago in Antalya, could have not used the right side of her body completely for a long time due to brain damage from the accident. Deveci was unable to walk, speak and use his right arm. She also lost her drawing ability, which she loved before the accident, due to excessive shaking of her hand. However, this situation was reversed thanks to the young girl's surgery at Akdeniz University. Electrodes were placed in the brain of the young girl who had surgery while she was conscious.
