Debris removal begins after deadly flash floods ransack Turkey's Kastamonu

Debris removal and clean-up efforts have begun in earnest following the deadly flash floods that devastated the Bozkurt district of Turkey's Kastamonu province. Meanwhile, the death toll following the natural disaster that befell Turkey's Black Sea region has risen to 77, authorities said on Monday.
