This video shows the cruelty inflicted on a bull during a rodeo festival. A separate headpiece was mounted on top of his horns and set aflame! The helpless bull tries to shake off the flames near his horns but it's useless! Hope they doused the bull with water soon after! This happened at the Spanish Toro Jubilo festival.
