Beirut's commercial district surrenders to flames

A fire broke out on Tuesday in Souks, a landmark building in Beirut's commercial district designed by famous British-Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid. The building, which is still under construction, is located near the Beirut Port where a huge explosion occurred on Aug. 4. Three fires also reportedly broke out in the region in just the last week.
