Australia burns as fierce wildfires wreak havoc on animals, homes

Wildfires continued to wreak havoc in Australia's western province of Perth, reducing more than 9,000 hectares of land to ash and destroying more than 70 homes. The fires, which are expected to continue burning for days, forced citizens, who were previously on lockdown due to the COVID-19, to evacuate their homes and take shelter.
