Animal lover rescues puppy stuck in fence wire in Turkey

A puppy stuck in fence wire was rescued by a passerby in Turkey's northern Gümüşhane province. Calling on everyone to be sensitive towards strays, the heroic man said that he had decided to adopt the puppy.
