American flees courtroom after being sentenced to serve 90 days in jail

A 33-year-old man fled a Rochester Hills courtroom after he was sentenced to serve 90 days in jail for retail fraud and disorderly conduct in U.S. He is now facing additional charges of escaping and resisting arrest, police said.
