Almost 1,241 civilians killed in Syria in March

According to report by the Syrian Network of Human Rights (SNHR), at least 1,241 civilians were killed in March 2018, including 1,006 who were killed at the hands of Syrian and Russian forces. Among them were 203 children and 186 women.
