The residents of Malta rushed for a free pick of seafood that rained from sky after gale-force gusts and heavy downpours ravaged the Mediterranean island and caused a bizarre phenomenon on Sunday. It literally rained fish across the island. The government issued a warning of “high threat to life and property.'
